Water change?

Sorry, this may be a stupid question, but how do you do a water change in a tank with tetras, swordtails, and a betta? I was asking because tetras aren't hardy at all and will die at the slightest change in water......Anybody know what to do?

If you been keeping them in the proper size tank and making regular water changes....water change should not be an issue for any fish........

Swordtail and tetra mix of proper school should be in at least 40-55gal tank...50% weekly with vacuum.......
