Question How long for dragonscales?

Does anyone know how long it takes for dragonscales to develop? I have a little guy who's parents were both HUGE dragons, but he's tiny and I'm not sure if I'm seeing any scales yet. He's a pale colour, so it's hard to tell. According to the breeder he's 6 months old, but he was only jarred around 3 weeks ago.

Here's some pics of him.

I'm just wondering if he's gonna stay the way he is now, or get the scales. If he's gonna stay the way he is now, then I'm gonna have to change his name. He's been optimistically called Pendragon! lol

it took Chappy about a month before she was really covered. so, i got her at 1 month, and it took her a month or so, so maybe by 2 months old, he should have them covering most of his body.

Here's Uther...

Arthur...

And here's the size difference between Arthur and Pendragon (according to the breeder they're the same age, can't remember if they're siblings or not)
