How often can I do this without stressing him out?

AND what are some tricks you have taught/seen or tried to teach but failed?

Um... Teaching your betta to jump period isn't a good idea considering they are known to jump out in the first place..

All you do is take a white plastic spoon stick it in tank water and put a pellet on the bottom of the spoon it will stick hold it in front of your betta and they will jump

WARNING: do not teach this trick if you have no lid on your tank
