is this a new tank? if its a new tank and filter, it most likely be a bacterial bloom. its okay, that happens when its in the process of cycling. usually if you up the water changes and just wait, it will go away on its own.

Its not a new tank and filter, but i took all the water out and cleaned the tank. It was fine for a day and half before.

Well it is a new filter. Idk why its doing this. ill half empty it n refill it. Could the divider not be allowing water flow?

It must be a bacteria bloom because of the new filter and complete water change. It's fine as long as you keep checking water parameters and stay on top of water changes. :)

Bacteria bloom. The tank is cycling again. Keep an eye on the water parameters.

Water parameters? I'm a n00b.

I emptied it half way and refilled it.
