A betta breeder next door

How would you feel if you know there is a real betta breeder who live near you or next to your door ? That breeder could be your neighbor and you don't even know. In 2 weeks, i'm going to be transfer to UC Merced and will live with my cousin. They have a room available for me in their house. I won't be able to move all my fishes over there, they allow me to have only 20 betta, not more than that. My brother said he will take care my fishes for me, i know i can trust him.
A friend of my cousin friend live next to a betta breeder. He didn't know until one day he saw a big van delivering a bunch of bottle jars to the next house. He was asking if they need help so he help them then when he went to backyard, he saw more than 100 of bottle jars lines up next to each other on the grass full of betta. From that day he stop buying betta from his lfs and now has close to 50 betta in his room.
Well, i dont think i am going to move my fishes at all, i will leave all of them to my bro and will buy some new ones from that breeder. I figure out that driving from my cousin house to his house take about 10 mn.

I'd move. Fast.

Within a few weeks I'd have more water than dry in my room, I wouldn't have money, I'd be stressed out, and have no self control... It'd be bad! D:
