Hi! Quick little intro :)

Just joined the forum, loving all the info!!

Theres a reason I should not go into feedstores or pet stores unsupervised, I always buy something! A few days ago I brought home a CT Betta. Felt sorry for him (and all the others! in their cups)

Still debating on a name lol

The day after I got him he looked like he had swalled a bowling ball! I thought he had dropsy or mystery bloat :( I fasted him for 24 hours and he deflated so I'm thinking he must have ate too much too fast and bloated or something... He is a pig. He was angry about the fast haha. So he was looking normal again, then this morning I woke up and there was a dead housefly in his tank. Went to get a net to fish it out, and its gone!!!! *facepalm*

sorry for pic quality- its off my phone
Here he is "hunting" dead bloodworms:

He's currently my only wet pet. In the past growing up I've had bettas, a guppy, and a pond full of pets. (bullheaded catfish, sun perch, leopard frogs, and bluegill) :p My non wet pets are 4 horses, 4 dogs, and 2 cats!
