What are these insects?

So the other day I was checking my duckweeds and noticed that I have these insects on top of it. At first I thought it wasn't that many, and besides it's a free live food for my betta lol. Then a few days after they're back, I don't even know where they are coming from. Can anyone tell me what they are?

Can't really tell, but maybe some kind of mosquito? The eggs/larvae could be hiding in the duckweed and hatching every few days.

My wishlist:
-duckweed- -black and white marble, anything but VT-
-javamoss- -koi marble, anything but VT)
-hatchable brine shrimp eggs-
-indian almond leaves-
-Melano Halfmoon male-
-steel blue or royal blue CT or HM female-

Could they be some form of mayfly?

Or water strider?
