Question Crowntail girls more prone to fatty-ness?

Hi all,
I have two sororities, 5 girls in my 55gal community and 7 in a 10 gal with shrimp. I have noticed a trend in the girls.
All my crowntail girls get enormously fat much faster and more often then my veiltail, half moon, and spade tail girls. It looks like they have swallowed peas!
Has anyone else experienced this?

I've heard the same thing, crowntail ladies tend to get big bellies!

I was wondering that. I have one CT female, her belly looks huge, I know it's eggs.
Glad to hear it's just how they are.

How do you know when they are eggy verses just fat?

I have 3 CT ladies and one of them, looks like she is about ready to pop after eating . The other two are still kinda young.
