I've never been a fan of hunting. I know my meat doesn't come from the Turkey/Chicken/Beef fairy, but I have no desire to hunt down and kill my own dinner. ^_^;

But oddly enough, I think it would be kind of cool to go fishing and catch my own dinner. You would think that 9+ years of caring for bettas would turn me off from eating fish, but so far I still like tuna, salmon, and tilapia.

As for the OP...isn't that the point? I thought the reason for teaching is to help your student reach heights you could only see in the distance. (Yes, yes, I know that's sappy) I say take losing as a compliment. Either you are really, really good at teaching people how to shoot your your brother's a natural. I see either case as win-win. :)

If it's good or not.
Cause I teach myself to shoot
N I'm using what I've learn on them

Yeah fishing is fun.
On a boat or shore
I think catching a fish with a hook
The fish suffer more then getting shot at

True. But you can also pratice catch-and-release fishing. So the fish is stressed for a bit, but then you can toss it back in to continue the rest of its fishy life. I don't think you can do the same with hunter by using rubber bullets. XD

But as far as catching-to-eat is concerned, a gun shot to the head is more humane than suffication. Unless you crush the fish's head or immediately put it in a bucket of water, the fish reverse-drowns on your boat deck. : /
