Yus! Pms. I didn't get mine for a long while one time. Maybe it was just 2-3 months without it, but I think it was because my diet and exercise routine were changing drastically. I was also really stressed out. Maybe you're eating differently or getting more exercise?
It was a great 2-3 months, though (minus the "stressed out" part)....sigh.

Really?? I've been going to the gym since April and I still got pms! It was just this month I didn't get it (maybe bc we incorporated swimming into our after gym workout for cardio?)
If so, that's another reason to stay swimming! I love it!

I'm such a sloppy swimmer though, I technically can swim but I don't have technique .. Only to stay afloat! lol And I refuse to be in the deep end unless I get the lane by the wall <eye roll> And my breathing is not regulated when I swim bc I half panic and over exert myself.. Nothing relaxing about that!! LOL

Sunday we used the whole pool bc the lanes were closed. It sucked bc there were ppl getting in our way! lol And I went down the waterslide for the first time in my life. Scary times, nearly hyperventiliated the first time.
