I love me some spaghetti!
I'm teaching my daughter my 'secret' beef and veggie bolognese sauce this weekend. I used to be vegetarian so got used to making bol with a heap of veggies, can't eat the plain beef stuff now - it's much nicer with both! Really delicious, lots of zucchini and broccoli (the stalks are wonderful, peeled and chopped), onion, grated carrot.. I slow cook it, turn it off and leave it to cool before heating and serving, or fridge it overnight - it;s always nicer the next day.
Irish, my housemate, makes THE most wicked carbonara. He can't cook much else, so every couple of weeks I nag him to make 'his' recipe. Omg, sooo good! Just sinful, lol.
Daughter loves the mac cheese, I'm not a huge fan of it..
Oh, I forgot ravioli! Beef, spinach, I'll eat any kind. I am a ravioli fiend!
