:( Sadly, there is no way to treat it that I know of. Best you can do is twitch a lot or get up and walk around for a while. Doctors say don't drink caffeine or have lots of sugar before sleeping. No smoking, no alcohol, that kind of thing.
It was driving me nuts when I had it. It felt like either little bugs crawling up my legs or maybe more like somebody was dragging a piece of thread across my leg. Anyways, it turned out to be a vitamin B deficiency.
I take vitamin B daily and it's fine now.
