I really recommend the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood series. (It's better than plan old Fullmetal Alchemist in my opinion) Both are worth watching, though.

One Piece is another one, but you have to be patient with it.

Other anime I watch that you might like- Ouran High School Host Club, Beelzebub, Fruits Basket, Soul Eater.

Vida, Tero, Sandy, Ve, Pangea

RIP: Rubby, Zetta, Asia, Ritz, Rakki, Haru, Venus,

+1
those are all very good :)
If you want something a little darker, Wolf's Rain is excellent (a bit depressing, but it'll make you think)

A Certain Magical Index is fun too (mostly light hearted)

Inuyasha of course is a classic if you haven't seen it yet, Bleach is great, It really depends on what you're in to xD

beelzebub is great but the manga is even better. the anime had a few stupily outrageous episodes and some coalesced episodes. the anime was above average but was great when they actually got into the actual chapter related episodes. its the filler eps that give it an above average rating but still very enjoyable.

Inuyasha is an oldie but a good series. Bleach is awesome in the cannon eps though not the filler arcs or the last manga arc to be animated. i was satisfied the series did end finally. the fillers and weak arc were getting to me.

slice of life like Minami-ke season 1 and 3 are the best, se2 was decent. Lucky Star is another great series. those 2 are one of my top 10 favorite comedies among many other candidates. Gintama is wild, wacky and improbably unpredicatable, one of the top series easily. Arawaka under the Bridge is also a good comedy though a bit bizarre in a funny way. K-on , Working! and Hayate No Gotoku are other good comedies.

as for darker ones, Higurashi No Kokoro, Shiki, Tasogare Otome Amnesia, Okami Kakushi.

there are several more great series out there but i dont have the time or patience to list them all.

i never got into Dragonball in the first place. i did try the first 6 eps of Sailor Moon but it was a bit ridiculous regarding the premises. i did see Gem and the Holograms due to the animation style on teletoon retro. its ok but very frustrating as the misfits and their associates are clearly criminals but no one ever calls the the authorities regarding their sabotage plans.

same here but i was more into the nintendo gb games. Inuyasha or Gundam seed was the first anime i ever saw. think it was Gundam seed first the Inuyasha. im still very much into 99% of the Gundam series. my gecko was named for the Strike Noir Gundam pilot. i have a moderate collection of Gundam model kits. nearly 20 of them 60% already built.
