I own a registered palamino arabian x quarter horse. Her name is Saarah she is currently 1 year old. I have shown her once this year and we won our halter class next year we will be showing competitively on the Arabian show circut. I ride my moms 5 year old appalosa rescue horse too. I spend most of my time at the barn and the rest is spent messing with fish lol. I love my horses a lot! I will try post pics as soon as possible.
Thanks <3 i really dont have a prefrence between mares and geldings, i think geldings tend to have better personalities but ive never really been attached to one. And ive never ridden a stallion, my stables doesnt have the need for one, and they wouldnt have a place to put him lol. But ive heard some stallions are amazing to ride!
Riding a stallion is definitely a different experience. The stables I used to ride at had their own paso fino stud and I loved to ride him. I was one of the few that was allowed to out of the students because he needed an experienced rider.
Just thought I'd share some pictures of my baby Wilma...mind you, this is from early spring this year, so the pictures are a little old. She still looks the same though (except now she has a very short, frizzy forelock due to rubbing from allergies)
Yep, she's my fat, 15 hand, adorable, snobby, bipolar, wonderful, impossible, exuberant mutt stock horse mix :) :) :)
I love her with a burning passion, no matter how much she frustrates me when I'm left to my own devices when it comes to training LOL
Thought i would share a drawing i did of a horse at least a year back. I havent attempted to draw another horse since, but i always loved the way this one turned out! Yea i know her markings are weird but i based them off a real horse! So im not crazy..
