Unhappy Cycling Questions

Well my tank has been cycling for about half a month now and i still have 0 nitrites and nitrates with 0.6-1 ammonia. Is this normal, will nitrites rise soon or did i just mess it up? I can't wait for it to be established!

Adding fish will make the ammonia spike, which if I remember correctly is what you recently did(?). This may have set your cycle back a little.
