There's a lump on the back of my skull...

I think it's about 1/2in in diameter, it hurts, and it's really hard. I am getting worried...

Yea... Please get to a doctor. It may be nothing but if it is anything serious you want to catch it asap. Good luck.

I think it might be a calcium deposit because I had to stop eating dairy a few months ago....But even if it's that...Those aren't good.

Have you been having headaches a lot lately? You should go to the doctor, just to be sure. Probably will have to see a neurologist, there's a lot of nerves and blood vessels on your head, so it could need surgery if its serious! My old roommate had reoccurring painful lumps on his skull, and several operations due to their location. Get to the doctor please!

Most likely, it's nothing. It may just be a cyst, or maybe even an infected hair follicle. Depending on where it's located, it may just be an enlarged lymph node because your body's immune system is trying to fend off a cold....

But head stuff isn't something you can ignore. Everything is close to the brain. And you gotta protect your brain so that you can continue to ask questions about moisture and protein content, etc.

So... go to the doctor....
