"LGBTQQIAAP (Lesbian, Gay, Transexual, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Ally and Pansexual) woo hoo. I remembered." ~~~ Neptune's Mom

Does that I mean what I think it means? Does it mean I actually have a letter in there for myself? Woohoo..I got a letter. I got a letter.

But no M?! I really love my Harley. I think there should be an M for me!

No F in there either. And don't tell me you haven't noticed the sensual motion of your Bettas. Sensual, not sexual. (Don't even go there, you freak.) Or is that what Pansexual is about?

Labels are merely links in a chain, wrought in the fires of our disillusionment, which shackle us in servitude to forces antithetical to human concern.

This was not meant in disrespect, merely irreverence. I thought this thread was a little somber. But it is attended by some of my favorite people on this (or any) forum. And it really made me think... and feel... and smile. Smile a lot. Not LoLing (except a little), but a warm, inside to out, ain't-these-folks-wonderful kind of smile.

As I get older, way older, I notice old people either get more rigid in their preferences and opinions or more flexible. With younger people, it's just the other way around. ;-}
SeaHorse and Destinystar like this.

I had to read that twice... what does antithetical mean?

I'm sorry, I forgot to add that it is epi-genetic, not genetic.

Geez! All I was saying was that, after reviewing the whole thread, I forgot to mention that being a certain orientation is epi-genetic. No need to get wild-up. Y'all need to understand that I am not here to prove you wrong or start something.

Do you want to get back into this?

If you need someone to talk to if our feeling depressed, I would be happy to help. I survived stage three depression! I know what it's like.

Depression is just like a broken bone, they both need medical attention and it's nothing to be ashamed of. Try to write at least ten healthy and positive things that are going on in your life. You will be amazed by how effective this is.
