You can't call tofu or "veggie meat" meat lol. I do agree, it can be good, if cooked and prepared right. The great thing about real meat is, to prepare it correctly, all you have to do is decide rare or medium rare lol.
I actually enjoy tofu. I have a roomate that is a chef, so we eat all kinds of different stuff. But like I said, it's gotta be prepared right.... and it could never be a real substitute for real meat. As far as it being healthier, I fully disagree with you. You're missing out on essential vitamins, minerals, and protiens by not eating meat. Granted, u could take suppliments and vitamins, but why go through the hassle when you could have some good ol beef instead? Lol
