They WANT you to feel that way, Sena. I think you've done the best you can. I never knew what any of my fish ever died from. It's not easy to diagnose a sick fish unless you have lots of experience with fish disease or have a degree in that field, IMO.

I'm sure it'd be more of an environmental, or aquaculture of food fish..
For small hobby fish I think it's more a matter of experience. o-O

taking a break from fish-keeping.
3 lovely male betta still keep me company.

Thanks, guys - this will sound wrong, but I'm glad I'm not the only person facing this kind of issue. It gets to feeling like I'm the only person in the world with this struggle at times, you know?

And I NEVER usually complain. I feel bad for blowing my fuse about it, when I do let off steam and get all "whyyy meeee'. Self-pity was not tolerated in my family, and I'm really glad for that for the most part. Just now and then.. it feels good to shake my fist at the sky.

Anti-rant: child support finally caught up with my SOB ex husband. I find it a vast pity that public flogging is not a part of the reparation system. The upside is, I can finally afford to think beyond sheer necessity and buy something really nice for Daughter. I think a drawing tablet... I hear the Wacom Bamboo is a good model.

Thanks, Leeniex (I love the betta in your avatar, btw, beautiful fishie..). I've heard such good things about it, and Daughter is really keen to try digital art. I'm such a 'proud mummy' about her drawings. She's so much better than I was, at her age. Wish I'd had digital media back then!

Maybe she can teach me how to use it one day.

agreed: teenager stereotypes should die. I know people well passed their 20s and they are "worse than teenagers"
