hehe cute... Yeah, I'm going to be breeding one of my double tailed females with a male of mine, and see how it goes. It'll be my first time and I want to make sure that I have everything sorted and cultures going before I even try to. I've been trying to collect jars before I start too LOL never know how many males you are going to get. I won't mind keeping the girls in the same tank.

And good luck!!

oh wow!! I hope I don't get a too bigger spawn for this one, because if I do i'm going to have to cull half of them. I have a 3L, a 25L and a 80L spare ATM so I don't have too much room if I do ha. x_x WOW! 150 is a lot Good work :) Hope they all go good! What did you cross?

I meant to cross a halfmoon (Ares) and a veiltail (Janey) to get wider finned VT... However someone mentioned her being a doubletail geno and I can kinda see it now that her fins are healed I did not expect a huge spawn... -.- I counted around 120 and there was still a good amount I did not catch-and-count.

Well, good luck with your spawn for sure :p

rant: Need to find room for my MALE baby betta. -.- I don't need him stressing out my crown tail lady :/

Oh cute!! I'm going to try my VT and my DT (double tail) and see what happens. Apparently it's not too cute? Would you know? I'm not good with this stuff lol. Cute (: Doubletail are amazing hehe.

wow that's so much, though! congrats ... It would drive me nuts if I tried to count them all in the tank.. I'd have to do it whilst jarring and take girls out and transfer them into a container to count xD I find it hard counting moving things.

Anti rant

I was allowed the privilege of watching my VT build a bubble nest today! He's so good to me xD

Whenever I state my opinion on this forum I am always shot down and told that I shouldn't be argueing.

Many of my scaly friends from my original tank from 2011 have passed, except for two! I am in the process of re-doing my tank. :)

Takes TWO to argue. Which means "they" are equally at fault, thus a hypocrite.

MoonsAnd0wls I think DT/VT just results in wider fins wouldn't it? I've heard of "split tail" but that again looks like a weird VT with two caudals. I've never tried so I do not know I've tried CTxVT, VTxVT, VTxPK, HMxDTgeno.

I think a crowntail x doubletail would be more of a mess.
