My Bearded Dragon has internal scarring from poor care as well from a previous owner Sena. I can relate. He doesn't drink water anymore though. I think he gets all his water from his food at this point, even if I soak him for a long time.

Are you talking about my lizard? He isn't sick right now. He is old at this point so he is able to live as normal of a life as possible.

Pearlfish, what can I do for him? I know soaking him for a few days would be good. He literally has a belly full of water -.-; I bought papaya and a yam, which are his favorites. If he turns his nose up at those then I KNOW something is seriously wrong.

Since I am very much intune to my animals, I think I may have caught it as soon as I possibly could have. :/ I do have a thread on here (dehydrated bearded dragon) as on the other site there is rarely anyone on. ;/

If he does not get better by next weekend he is going to the vet. No if's and's or but's.

Soaks will definitely help dehydration, especially if he is drinking from the water he is in. I know lettuce isn't high in nutrition but has a TON of water content.

Just try a variety of food, my reptiles like colored food, so I give them red bell pepper, red fruits. Mine have a sweet tooth and banana is my beardies favorite, but it can be constipating so only offer a little.

And if all else fails with getting him to eat, try the feeder insects, even if he SHOULD be eating more greens.

When I was dealing with my beardie's parasitic intestinal issues/damage when I first got him, I had to syringe feed him baby food and critical care until he started eating on his own. I dunno if you have critical care where you are at.

He won't eat his greens. He actually spits it out. I tried giving him his wormies ontop of the greens and he spits out the greens :/

He will eat his worms, but nothing else. Not his carrots, his lettuce, etc. He DID eat slices of apple but now even refuses that.

What kind of baby food works? I read that somewhere, with a pinch of calcium added and to use a baby syringe.

Chicken, I also did various veggie and fruit flavors. I mixed in a little water too. It isn't good to get them too used to baby food though. You could also try blending some fruits and veggies and water and syringing that into him.
