Yup, I shaved my little "Master" due to matting & hairballs. Actually, I got a pro to do his tummy, & I got the sides w/ sewing scissors. He's happier now, but looks terrible!!!!

4 bettas: Butch, 3-year-old violet male PK EE & 3 girls in a 30 gal sorority. I do not name the girls anymore! 1/2 of them die within a month.
30 gal: 9 Oto cats, 4 Ocellifer cats. Inverts: Cherry shrimp & 2 assasin snails.
10 gal.: Butch, his 5 oto cats, 3 assasin snails, and a few snails the assassins haven't caught.

I don't think there's much career choice when it comes to Art History - you end up being a curator, a teacher or something totally unrelated to your job.

Ever since I had glandular fever in 2011, it seems like my entire immune system is just collapsed. I have had a cold for a month now. I am sick of waking up every morning not being able to breathe because my nose is blocked, or not being able to talk because my throat is so raw, and, most importantly, not being able to think because my head is full of cotton wool (or so it seems). I'm trying to write an essay on the "social group" provision of the Refugee Convention, an essay on some undecided topic of animal law, a speech on Henry VIII (the play, not the man), a speech on women from the Middle East claiming refugee status in France, and study for a test on income, business, property, fringe benefit and capital gains tax. I NEED MY BRAIN!
I know I don't have glandular fever again, and it's not chronic fatigue or anything like that, but I just don't understand why I am sick with these annoying, trifling things all the time now. :(

Life.

Came back to class today after missing two classes last week. I was bed ridden aside from work, since I didn't want to get fired and all. I was trying to be polite to the professor and explain why I wasn't there, and the only thing he said was: "I don't want to hear it." UGH. SORRY sirrr. I'm behind on everything including water changes, since I've been bed ridden. It was a work out even getting downstairs in my own freaking house, and this jerk is mad I didn't drive twenty minutes to get to class.

Well his paycheck goes by who comes to class. But I feel that shouldn't make him act like a jerk. Ive seen teachers care and try their hardest with students who constantly skip classes.

Ugh! Im starting to really hate the admin on the guinea pig cages forum. Shes so freaking hypocritical!!!! She's all about advocating proper cage size for guinea pigs and when I get passionate about it she bitches at me about it. Im sorry, its been proven guinea pig health improves to proper levels when sized in an appropriate cage (she did the study herself). So I feel that if someone isn't willing to give the guinea pig an appropriate cage then they shouldrehome the poor thing!

Stop stating your beleifs and then go against them!!! I might as well leave the damn site. They're over rated anyhow. Always pushy when you give too much of a certain veggie or something.

Don't listen to him on that. It sounds like he could be trying to pressure you in to a degree he likes. Also, Bomb is right, there isn't really any work available for an Assoicates in Art History. That would be a degree to go for if you really want to after you get your science degree. It would be more something to do because you are interested in it after you have a career.

Could you have some kind of an allergy happening? They can develop pretty quickly.

Maybe. I'm allergic to freeze-dried bloodworms and my rats' claws, but those are both skin/facial reactions...I'm tempted to think this is yet another cold, though, because I can feel it in my chest now. I'm off to the people-vet tomorrow, where I will no doubt be told it's a consequence of owning rats or being vegetarian, but hopefully they'll shed some light on it.

Oh no, if I did Art History I'd finish the Associates and then go for the full Bachelors.

eta- forgot my rant. I had to spend 140 something on replacing my rear tire cus a pice of WOOD punctured it, yes, little piece of wood cost me 140 something >:( that was my "accumulating change for my replacement laptop" money too >.<
