Same here. It's now a meme that a very small community of people understand, and that's really all I care about.
As for fish TB, it's a serious but very rare disease in fish, but it's even rarer to contract as a human. As far as I've read, you pretty much have to have an open wound on skin that touches infected water, and/or you would have to have some immune problem, like being very young, very old, or have a disease already like HIV/AIDS. Don't quote me on it, but that's what I've seen.
