I was in the NHS and the Beta Club in HS. I actually really liked it but I got stuck doing EVERYTHING. But at least I got pulled out of class a lot and learned to count money like a champ.

Don't wanna go to my externship today. They don't want me there and make me file all day. How is that teaching me anything?

Well, Pinkerton and Glitter are on their way to 1fish2fish. I edited my signature to reflect the change.

Sequin (m), Shortcake (f), Westley (m), and Sir Righty of Walton (m).

GRRR Bella has fleas!! Now I have to start vacuuming daily in addition to everything else I have to do. I also need to get her a new flea collar or else switch her to a topical preventative. I really liked the flea collar though because it was water proof but actually worked!

what kind of flea collar did you use? I had tried one once when my old cat had fleas and it did nothing so I just figured none of them would work and went topical, lol

It's one the vet highly recommended and sold in the clinic. I'm not sure what it was called or if it worked on cats or not but it definitely worked for Bella even though she went swimming almost daily and spent her days out in the dog run during the summer.. she never had a single flea up until we got back from my parents house Labor Day weekend.

I don't have the cat anymore so working on cats isn't an issue. I think it was just some cheapo one from someplace like wal mart so I guess I got what I paid for. my vet gave me a topical for prevention but I'll probably talk to her about other options when Sylvie gets her next round of shots

Gah! My friends and I heard a dog being attacked.....in the middle of the night outside. We ran out onto the porch, only too see nothing but it was terrible. Just by sound we could tell it didn't end well. The attacker was silent...but I cried and will never get that dogs screams out of my head. My family is saying it probably just wanted to be let in...but they didn't hear it..They didn't hear what we heard. :(

So, as an animal lover, I'm pretty disturbed....I didnt sleep that night...then Wylie ran away the next day ....we found him but that just made my horrors worse...Ugh...worst weekend ever.

AntiRant: we found Wylie!!! :D
