I saw aome bearded dragons the other day at Petsmart. One of the workers was handling them. She told me a little about them and that they make really good pets.

They all have great personalities. I got both of mine very young and handled them a lot. They can come in a lot of awesome color morphs too. I wish I had held out and waited for a show when I had gotten my second one. All the color morphs are gorgeous! Plus $10 for a hatchling is cheaper than $70 at a pet store.

I'm waiting for the breeders to perfect albino beardies, because when they do I'm buying them!!

I NEVER see any snakes around here... I'm guessing the lake effect snows in the winter keep the population small.
I asked around, and found out she's about the average size for a Housie yearling, so I'm content. I filled up her waterbowl tonight and noticed she was already out and about ^_^ I think I'll move her into her larger tank tomorrow, she's longer than she looks! In the cup she looked tiny, but it seems like she'll do fine in the larger tank ^_^ It'll just be more fun to find her, LOL.

And thanks everyone! I wasn't expecting a lot of praise, tbh. She's "just" brown, and not the prettiest... they have some GORGEOUS housies, but she's not really among them, lol. I hear they're easy to breed, though, so someday I might try that... it'd be a fun experience :3
