Wildmagic713, AngelicScars, and VioletTrauma,

Thank you for the kind words.

Tsoto80,

I would love to see pictures of your mom's crochet blankets. Blankets take me forever to make. Handknit or crochet blankets tend to be so much warmer than many other blankets..

If you want a tedious scarf pattern, there was an episode of Knitty Gritty on this morning where she made a felted scarf all stockinette stitch for 9 feet. That would drive me insane. I like making scarves because there is no sewing to them (except for that one pattern I found) but my high school librarian/local knitting buddy sent me a Sock Monkey scarf pattern for Christmas that I can't wait to make.

I want to get some bulky yarn and using big needles, knit a striped afghan or something for my bed using the Fibonacci sequence. It's so fun.

-sigh- I wish I had the yarn to make that afghan I was talking about. I found some online that looks really comfy. I kind of need something to curl up with right now. Vodka and the heater kicking on every few minutes is making me very sleepy.

I made some crochet animal hats recently, I may put up some pictures of them too. They are fun!

I really like the last one. I like anything that starts from the center and goes all the way out like that. LOL.

she made the last one for my daughter cause she wanted her to be a boy lol think she was in denial cause when I told her I was having a girl she didnt know what to do with the blanket (was in the process of being made) so I told her to send it to me anyways lol you cant tell by the picture but the middle square she used a yarn with a sparkly thread so it looks like glitter.

I love that 3rd blanket with the squiggles.
