I once saw a crow behead a baby rabbit in front of a whole playground full of daycare kids. It weren't pretty.... I totally respect crows.

I love owls. Actually, I like any kind of Raptor. I'm a big birdwatcher in general. As far as pets go, I used to keep budgies. I love budgies. Mine had a mad love of Kale. They would eat the heck out of it. And broccoli was another favorite. I miss those budgies.

To be frank, birds terrify me because I have been attacked by a rooster, a peacock, and bitten by my boyfriend's African Gray... so I keep a respectful distance. But I love the way African Grays look, and who couldn't think a peacock is gorgeous? My favorite bird is Zoobie the Double Yellowheaded Nape, who belongs to a friend of mine, because he mimics all the ringtones on my phone and will talk to you and let you pet him without biting. He's the only bird I can work up the courage to touch, and even then it's pretty nerve-wracking.

I was watching the owlbox webcam last year and one night, the male brought in a rabbit that was still alive. He handed it to the female who dropped it on the floor of the owlbox. The rabbit screamed bloody murder and tried to escape. The female owl then finished it off. This happened the night before Easter. lol
