Potato Chip Fish

Coating fish in a tasty blend of cheese and potato chips will turn even the pickiest eaters into fish fans. With only 5 ingredients and super simple prep, you can have a delicious dinner in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 pounds orange roughy
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
1. Dip roughy in dressing and place in greased baking dish.

2. Combine potato chips, cheese and black pepper. Sprinkle over fish.

3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
I think this will find its way on the menu this next week sometime!

I love it because it's yummy, yet SUPER easy to make. If you only want to make half a recipe, you just split all the ingredients in half, and it still turns out exactly the same.

Crab Dip!

What you'll need:
- 1 8-ounce light cream cheese
- 1 6-ounce can crab meat (drained and reserve liquid)
- 1/4 cup green onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- hot pepper sauce (to taste)

1.After unwrapping your package of cream cheese, place it in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Next, microwave at a medium setting for 2 minutes or until softened. Then, stir until the cream cheese is smooth.

2.Next, stir in the crab, green onions, 2 tablespoons of reserved crab liquid, lemon juice, Worcestshire sauce, paprika and hot pepper sauce.

3.Microwave again at a Medium-High setting until piping hot. Serve warm with crackers of your choice. So easy!

This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups.

Ooo I though of a good one... SUPER Simple Cheese cake!

4 Ingredient Marshmallow Cheese Cake!

1 Bag of mini Marshmallows.
1 pkg Cream cheese
1 can on Cherry pie filling
1 pre-made Graham cracker pie crust

Melt marshmallows in a sauce pan on low heat (as to not burn because they burn EASY)
While your marshmallows are melting put your cream cheese in a medium sized bowl.
Once your marshmallows are melted pour them on top of the cream cheese and blend well.
Pour mixture into your crust.
Chill until set.
Once set pour the can of cherry pie filling over top and let set for 1 hour.
Cut and serve!

This one is good if your in a pinch and need something easy and Yummy!

I sent you a message, but might as well post here. What do you end up doing with the seasoning packet?
