Mmm..... this dish is one that my dad makes practically once a month I <3 it. Btw I also wanted to mention how healthy it is to eat a cast iron pan especially if you may like sea salt instead of iodized salt. my family craves sea salt.

We made it again a few days ago! It's so gooooooddd.

We only eat out of stainless steel and cast iron and ONLY use sea salt. :) I love the cast iron... Most people probably think it's hard to clean, but it's so easy!

We used to use cast iron skillets years ago. I think my mom made cornbread in a castiron skillet.

Yeah, it was.
Tonight I made chicken with Italian dressing poured over it and baked. It did not go over well with the parental unit. lol

Cast iron and stainless for us as well. Well seasoned cast iron is great for eggs in the morning as it is really non stick!!

well i made eggs but they looked more like a cake cause i make my eggs look like they are stuffed from the inside lol
