It was my great grandfather who butchered hogs and made blood sausage. He raised hogs on his farm.

I have a new one! I don't have a picture right now, because I eat it too fast. D:

This is an artichoke side dish/chicken topping with feta cheese. It's also delicious as a standalone meal (I just ate it for lunch). I like to eat it on/with lemon pepper chicken. yumyumyum

Ingredients:
-~3/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (I use Sam's or Costco jars of artichoke hearts in water and citric acid)
-2 cloves of garlic, crushed and minced
-1/8 cup minced onion, or more (OPTIONAL... I did this for the first time just now, but it made it even better)
-1/4 cup feta cheese
-1 teaspoon or so Herbs de Provence
-A bit of pepper
-A pat of salted butter

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Turn the heat up to medium high. Add the garlic and onions and stir them to coat them with butter. Saute for a minute or so. Add the artichoke hearts and saute for about 4 minutes, until the water is pretty much gone. Add the Herbs de Provence and pepper. Take off the heat and wait for it to stop sizzling so your cheese doesn't become a melt fest. Add the cheese, stir. The cheese will stay clumped and the coldness of it will make the temperature warm instead of hot. EAT! It's so good!

This sounds so good! I bet it would be good on steak too!

Here's an interesting one for ya-

Mayonnaise Biscuits
1c. Self rising flour
1/2c. Milk
3 heaping tbsp of Mayo

Mix all ingredients well; drop spoonfuls into a muffin pan (fill each hole about half way), bake for 15 minutes in a 400* oven.

I know it sounds odd, but it is really good. You don't even taste the mayo!

Protect the Nature & Wildlife or it will probably bite yer leg off...

I developed my own cajun haddock. It works for any white fish (flounder, haddock, cod, tilapia).
Basically I just add cumin, ground red pepper, cajun seasoning, and chili powder in that order. Just add enough to your taste- I like mine spicier, so I add more of all seasonings.
Then bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes. It depends on the size of the fillet. With it, I just steam up some beans as well. My mom likes to add rice on the side.

The same seasonings can also be applied to chicken breast. Just bake it longer (30-40 minutes at 425) and check to see its not pink in the middle.

They're both delicious recipes and add a little zing.

Okay, probably the easiest recipe here:

1. get a piece of of bread.
2. Spread butter over it
3. put brown sugar on it.
4. EAT!

It sounds weird but it's incredibly good lol.

Super simple, super yummy.....peanut butter pie

1. 1 package of cream cheese (the one that comes in the cardboard box thingy)
2. 1 cup powdered sugar
3. 1 cup peanut butter
4. 1 container of cool whip (just the regular size, not those big ones)

Mix all of these things together and pour into a graham cracker pie crust and enjoy! I make these a lot, I just made it for my future mother-in-law and she loved it!
