I made the cauliflower (and just finished eating it) and it was awesome. That's almost the exact same way we make asparagus, except we put rosemary on top, too, and grate fresh Parmesan on it before baking (HAS to be fresh, not anything from a can).
Definitely making that again! I never thought to cook vegetables other than asparagus like that. I'm sure broccoli would be just as tasty!
