@BlueHaven LOL! I should sit down with them and have a talk.

In the future I'll avoid large water changes this time of year. From what I've read, I did exactly what you're supposed to do to get them to spawn. LOL. I have no one to blame but me.
lol! Those bad cories!!

You're obviously way too young to be a grandparent. :)
Lol, congrats though! I definitely wouldn't worry about the number.

Day three! They ate a few more last night but I still have about 25. None of them are fungused or anything.

My Endler, who apparently overdid it on either an egg, or a bloodworm, is fine this morning. He was released from the breeding trap and can swim without looking like he went on a bender. :P

10 Gallon: Male King Betta-Kilo
5 Gallon: Male Marble HM-Logan
5 Gallon: Dwarf Puffer-Huey

I saw an egg hatch! I took a leaf that had five or 6 on it and put it in my breeder trap. I went by to check on it and 4 were gone. I turned on the light and saw one of the two left wiggle. Out popped a baby. He promptly swam right through the gaps in the trap and disappeared into the aquarium. All 20 something eggs are gone. One is left on a leaf. I'm watching with my camera. It gave a lil wiggle but so far no more movement. :D It was very, very neat.

How cool! I wish betta eggs were large enough to see hatch. I hope some of your babies make it. As cute as adult cories are I bet juvies are that much cuter.

It was SOOOOOO tiny. I mean, itty bitty. I didn't get a pic. I stood there for about half an hour poised over the tank. I finally turned the light out and 10 minutes later I went to check and the egg had hatched. So, who knows what's going on in the tank. I could have babies! We'll probably have to wait a while to know.

That's so exciting! I always loved when I had a surprise batch of babies in my community tank.
