MY SCHOOL did the same thing.

I currently own a male betta fish, a female betta fish, two eastern painted turtles, one western painted turtle, one Chinese dwarf hamster, and a whole load of guppies.

My school is dirty, old and I hate it :)
We go back I think it's august 21st.

They also make the children that are autistic/similar problems clean the cafeteria. They say it teaches them responsibility. I guess it's my own opinion but I don't agree with it.

That doesn't sound right. Everyone should be taught "responsibility" that way then. -_-

My school is pretty good, too, but the PTO or PTA can't buy the right things for the school(are 6 UNUSED flat screens really necessary?).

I currently own a male betta fish, a female betta fish, two eastern painted turtles, one western painted turtle, one Chinese dwarf hamster, and a whole load of guppies.

My old school did fundraisers constantly. Almost every week they were doing some sort of thing to bring in more money. (wear an out of dress code t shirt, get out of class activity, etc.)

Then when my sister and I asked if we could do a t shirt fundraiser for the no kill, non-profit animal shelter I volunteer at, they said no.
Like WTF. The school was brand new, we had hundreds of laptops and so many tvs. But they couldn't use one t shirt day to help homeless animals.
