Angry Grr...sweetaquatics.

I ordered a decent sized order from Sweetaquatics TWO WEEKS AGO on 4/16 and have yet to receive anything but their invoice (of course)...My order still says pending, which is worrying me because after 5/12, Im no longer going to be on campus, and cant get my package. I told them this in my order.

I have paid, all that.

Ive heard they can take forever sometimes, and other times be speedy. Im not letting this get stupid and be the unlucky one that takes forever!

I sent an email about it, noting my displeasure and telling them that if the order is not predicted to arrive before that time, they will need to email me and get the new address, that way I put pressure for them to just get to the order already and so they have to own up to it...

Sigh :s This isnt what I want during finals!

Did I do a good, bettatalk? >.<

hmm ... usually good idea to do research on resellers ... google reseller ratings .. and punch in their info ... should give u a good idea of their business practices , if u dont find nothing, be sure to add them and state your concerns for future people.... i almost purchased some driftwood from these folks, glad i didnt now..

I have read negative things about them too when I was researching where to buy plants.

In the future you should give aquariumplants.com a try if you haven't already. I just got a new shipment of plants today and they all arrived in beautiful condition. I placed the order on Tuesday. I've ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed.

I hope sweetaquatics comes through for you. But you may want to contact your credit card company and ask them to reverse the charge. It shouldn't be an issue.

There Is a restocking fee :s grrr.
I dids do research, which is why I knew to nip this in the butt.
They were the only ones at the time worth what I needed in stock, the others were mostly sold out.

No. We dont have a centralized mail center, which means it changes each year, which also means it doesnt have a mail staff, so they just either send it back to the sender or let it rot.

Greaaatt system. Ugh, stupid school.

Hmm..perhaps. Though it still doesnt explain why it took 2 weeks (in good weather) beforehand...I forget where theyre located.

Gnatt or something, Alabama. Not trying to sound callous or anything, but I dont really know where the storms hit. Is this part of it?
