Metabolism is very tricky. Try and eat something very small and light for breakfast to hold you over, not a real meal. DO NOT SNACK! Eat 3 meals a day, breakfast and lunch being light, dinner stuffing yourself full of carbs & proteins. This will "over load" your system, and force you to put on weight. By saving all of your eating for dinner, you then sleep, and you're not working it off, nor is your metabolism working, so you begin to store it.
Please do not stuff yourself with junk food, sodas, fatty foods just to gain weight. You may have a "figure", but you will not be healthy in any sort of way, and you will become sick.
If you really are that scary skinny, please consult a doctor and ask for some medication to slow down your thyroid. These are very common and FDA approved and all that jazz because people have hypothyroid problems all the time! You may want to get blood work done to make sure you don't actually have this problem. If you do, you might get worse symtoms than just being scar skinny!
