Well, that is slightly confusing. Why isn't there just one way to say it?

Like in sapnish el or ella (Not using accents, I know) informal or friendly or Ud. or Usted in formal (Like to an adult)?

*2 Bettas (for now RIP Ryu) *2 Goldfish *9 Guppies *1 Gourami *2 Chinchillas *2 Budgies *2 Dwarf Frogs *1 Dog *1 Cat *2 Hermit Crabs *2 3gs *1 10g *1 Pond *2 2gs

Yeah, the first one is what you would use with strangers, the second is what you use with friends or family. Very similar to Usted/Tu tenses in Spanish.

And "Alo" is used... only on the phone... It really just sounds like the English "hello" with a Polish accent XD

Huh. Thats cool how different languages communicate. As you know, in English, hello is hello.

Yeah but there is also "hi" which I guess is more informal. And "What's up?" And then you can get into the more silly greetings, like "Yo you yiggedy yo!" XD

I don't know, I'm not a linguist, nor do I wish to be.
