Blythe- when we flooded in like 06 and 07 there were people who couldn't get anywhere near school. the flood came up to the end of my street but no where near my house, thank goodness!
Well luckily it's not that bad YET but it has been. Our road looked close to being washed out today, but luckily I live on a hill ^^

that's good blythe ^-^ floods can be really awful. my sister's best friend's family's house got destroyed in the 06 or 07 flood (dont remember which one Dx) they lost cats, the house, so much.

Tisia, they were in the bag when they got here. They have been in a mash potato medium since getting here. They look well tan to brown, and not really white...
Be back in a few finishing up water changes.
Did I mention I am up to 19 bettas now haha.

Edit: sounds like it likes tropical humid climates but I found nothing about it being near water.

I paid . . . $5.99 for my cup size of moss. Boo, I think I got ripped off.
Naw its okay.
And what i looked up on it...half of what i found says its toxic, and the other half says it isnt. Well i didnt like the fact that iv lost all but 2 of my Betta girls and 1 of my guppies since i moved the plant over my tank. So it was moved away. I know eating the leaves can be toxic...

At this point i have my little CT girl who is perfectly healthy (i think)
And My multi...who looks like what ever she has is starting to eat her scales....just like Orchid.

Iv done a 60% WC two days ago.

:/ just so sudden....

Betta-less at the moment :(

Guns, hmm. My guess is if eating the leaves is toxic, it probably isn't too good for fishes. I'm so sorry about your girls. Kinda have a similar problem right now. I hope your girls get better soon. Poor little multi girl. :(

Blythe, it's possible the bubble filter stressed him out because the water movement prevented him from being able to rub on something, since he was itchy. What kind of bubble filter is it?

JimJam, I'm glad there were no fatalities when Churro's cup flipped over.

Yuuie, a train?

Tisia, can't wait for your babies to grow up. Got plenty of room in my sorority now that. They're in a 15g. Just gotta unstress them first. Could Zenny's death be stressing them?

Silverfang, you might ask Lupin if you can put a calcium supplement in. Usually, calcium is for coral and reef tanks but it might the snails.

All you Washington/Oregoners, I feel lonely in CA.
