I've heard a lot of conflicting info too. I know flowerslegacy on here has several gobies and she keeps hers in freshwater. They've done fine and she's had them over a year. They even ate all her praecox fry. Sucked 'em right through the breeder's net. o.O

Well, I hope your little goby is okay. Maybe you're right and she's eggy? I hope. She's just too cute for words. Hmm. If they aren't necessarily brackish maybe I want some for my 3gal. Still looking for inhabitants for it.

EDIT: Almost forgot. Olympia. The Envy product actually isn't ADA. It's a new exclusive line by Seachem called Aquavitro. They have high-end plant products and high-end reef products in the line.

Well of the 6 species listed on TFK profiles, only one strictly needs brackish. Then there's one that's strictly freshwater, and the rest just seem so and so. Many of the species are pretty rare, so from a fish store there's only a few possibilities of which kind they could be.
You could probably do one in a 3 gallon. Unless it has a good footprint, and you're a wiz at setting up two sections that could be clearly defined territories. Because they duke it out for space. BUT then it says some species are schooling. It's like, every fact about them, the opposite also has to be a fact.
I'm just letting mine do whatever in the 20 since they have lot's of room. They are already on opposite sides of the tank. xD

Fish like to make it so confusing for us by having several varieties that look alike but need vastly different requirements. -___-

thanks sakura xD

i wonder if Peach has a marble gene sometimes. The bigger she's gotten/the longer her tail has gotten, there's been a brown spot on it. It doesn't look like an injury or disease. just is a brown spot. just on her tail.

When you said they can stick to the glass, I got this funny image of them sticking to the rear window of a car, like those Garfield suction cup plushies.
