Lol, a cladophora is also known as "green algea". Trust me don't stare at that page too long, I did and my eyes went fuzzy! >.<

Olympia, the light is a T5-HO Odyssea (cheap brand), 48w.

Kinetic, thanks for all the tips! Would you believe I killed two moss balls? o.O Yeah, I can kill the unkillable plants.

I turn off the lights and all I see are shadows darting around the tank.

On the bright side, Scooter is doing better now that I lowered his water level. Downside is I have to do more frequent water changes 'cause the water is now only a gallon instead of 2.

Wouldn't you know I'd get like the only loach that doesn't eat snails. *glares at kuhli loaches*

I'm liking the look of yoyo loach. And the name of horse faced loach. xD

Don't get a horseface loach if you want a fish you'll actually see. They like to hide even more than kuhlis. Yo-Yos are pretty. So are Burmese loaches.

EDIT: Hi Elizabeth! I'm pretty good. :) Have a fun time out on the town. :D

EDIT II: How is Percy? *hopes for good news*

Yoyos and burmese. I'll look for those tomorrow.
I really like the long eel looking ones though.. Hmm. No one's on to reply to my thread so I have no clue how to fill this thing still. xD

@Sakura: Yay! I'm glad you're doing well, and thanks.
Percy's doing great! He still can't have bright light, but he's been eating regularly and swimming excitedly like he used to when people pay attention to him. (:

You will always be my best friend, .

Yes I saw that Bekah!
It can't even go in my "fish room" (bedroom). My dad is paranoid and it gets to go in the basement. I've always dreamed of a big show tank down there.
ALSO, last night I had a dream that I got a tank around that size. No joke, like just last night. It was like a prophecy!

Sakura, I can get one 24" T8 6500K bulb for the 75 gallon.. Is that a lot? :p The guy said he also has a light to go overtop so I should be able to get at least one more tube in as well.

Elizabeth, I'm soooo happy he's eating! That is great news! It was touch and go for a while so I'm really glad he's acting a little more normal. Yay for Percy!

Olympia, erm, nope, that's not much at all. Considering a 75gal is 48" long, that'll light only half. :( That won't be a problem though if you don't plan on having plants for a while. If you get a second 24" T8, you can have Amazon swords, java fern, anubias, mosses, and crypts. For anything else, you'll need more light.
