i might try the mollies in the 29, but i want a lot more plants for it first, before I add anymore ammonia makers. Payday is thursday, and if i have a bit after paying room and board, doctor bills, and other small things, I want to get a couple more crypts and another sword, or maybe something totally different.

Bekah I'd let you have my plants if you were nearby. I don't know what to do with them anymore. I can't throw em out because I want them for the 90 gallon, but the fish can barely move in my 20. :(
Read my lips is my favourite flavour at David's tea. Buttered rum was okay but it's really strong. I haven't been there in forever now I wanna go. :( used to go every Tuesday when I did yoga. I should start doing yoga again. xD

I did sweet strawberry on ice today! And I bought a 50g bag of pineapple oolong (flav of the month). I thank all you for that purchase ;P

Got my tank!! I can't wait to set it up. Going up to mom's now to see if my sister wants to come. It has a whisper 10 power filter.. Good or bad? I also need to pick up a light. The girl was like 10 years old!! lol She has 35$ now to spend on whatever it is 10 year olds like and my fishies got a nice clean new tank.

Whispers are nice but I don't like that they take up valuable space. I also bought one and it said not to use with sand if you want sand.

Never resealing a tank again. Removing old silicone is SO hard.

But it WILL be worth it.

I am so sick of having to stress about finding this campus job. All it does is double the stress of having to start college. Luckily, this will only be the case my freshman year, then I won't have to worry about it (because financial aid will be based off of my actual living conditions and not that of my parents).

You will always be my best friend, .

I have bad news and semi-good news. Bad: Babycakes looks horrible, lying on her side and not moving except for her gills, even though ive noticed that her fins have clear growth :/ good: I just added Debbie and the Krib, who I've named "Little Dude", to the big tank. Literally in the first 10 minutes, the Little Dude started getting color. His stomach is now a reddy-purple. Not sure if internal bleeding or just happy. Since he's swimming, I assume it's happy.

Edit: I just remembered that a red belly on a Krib means its a female..........poor Little Dude will be confused.

Oh my goodness. What a day! I finally have filter cartridges, no sand I only like black gravel (or black sand but I don't have any). I bought some lights for the hood and I have 2 types of java fern, a hornwort and an anubias and the guy tossed in some floaty clover like things for free. I can't wait to get to work but right now I have to go feed my friend's rats again :) They're probably dying with the heat. I know I am. Pics to come!! I figure I'll set up the plants and quarentine them with the filter and everything running for a few days before the bettas go in.
