Olympia. Shock effect. :D

If he gets 4 feet long, I'm in big trouble. I looked at 180gal and 210gal tanks today because I plan to put one in when I move. But I'd better start saving now. For some setups, just the tank costs in the thousands.

But my heaters aren't even on!!! (*rolls around in protest*) This stupid hornwort. The tank it came from had tropical fish so I assume it was in warm water, plus you can't breathe in the store because of the humidity of all the tanks. I hope I don't fail this one...
Gahh
HI MICHO!!!! Going to school in Sept eh? What do you take again?? I can't believe I'm going in for my 4th year of BA in a month. It seems like only last week I was sitting in my room resenting my job and wondering how to improve my life.. lol

Sakura, DIY plywood aquarium. Taz was talking about them yesterday.. a 400g would run you a couple hundred bucks, and they're solid like bricks. Plus any dimensions you want! And they do look good even.

A gourami tank maybe?? Maybe I would do freshwater dolphins and make a mini dolphin show! I think that would be a lot for a giant gourami tank! o.o Like... a lot.

Do yall know anything about plywood? I've worked with my dad in construction before....A LOT....and he taught me everything he knows (all 40 years in the buisness). Trust me that's not a good idea, while it may last months it will eventually rot and leak no matter how well you coat and seal it.

Naw... People on MFK have had tanks like that set up for years.. thousands of gallons even.
There's something else in contact with the water.. the plywood is just strength.

Ok also the stuff you coat the plywood in is poisonous, the stuff you seal it with is poisonous, and the glue they use in between the layers contains formaldehyde which of course is poisonous. There is nothing good about that thing!

Trust me, this I know about.
