My black cat is acting weird. He got a shot yesterday and this morning he has been hissing at the tabby for no reason and hasn't eaten this morning and won't let me pick him up (growling). :( I hope he goes back to normal soon.

And my tabby has a UTI. I need to give her SubQ. fluids. SIGH..>.>......

I've never been around him when he has had shots before. He had been boarded away from home at the same vets before, and when he came home he was fine, but I dunno..

What exactly were the shots given him?? Cats are largely allergic. Hope he gets better soon!

I was there when they gave the shots. I get them looked at by the vets at my old work (where I got them from). He got a Rabies. If it wasn't a legal matter I'd only make them get examined and forget all vaccines.

The other one I have to take back cus she wouldn't let me give her her fluids. She is hiding under my turtle's cage now and won't come out. She is scared of me now I hate being the bad guy all the time to the animals because I am the one with experience in the vet field.

He'll come around. I hate vaccines for cats.. I wonder if next time you can get someone to babysit them instead of boarding them??
