We went to Gypsy Tea Room. A lot fancier than we thought. Only one vegetarian item on the main menu.. I cannot wait to move off the island, there's no veggie options here.
I love cooking. That way if I am disappointed it's our fault and we don't have to tip. I love the art of cooking and the smells and the classic rock we listen to. I think I'm a bit socially anxious when I go out so that's another reason I like to stay in.

Omg I get terrible anxiety in public places, I am also prone to panic attacks. So much so I often have to close my eyes and take a deep breath and imagine myself alone in an empty void just to get myself calm again. Usually when I do people give me weird looks. So I deffinatly hear the both of you! :D

People are too concerned with standards and the "way things should be"... Keeping up appearances. Well, not everybody can do that.

I had what I think was a panic attack at a hospital after my mom gave me too much anxiety medicine and I have memory loss of the event. I wear a sweatshirt the whole thing on my head to help me relax.

fit into what standard though?? There are so many, and I think that contributes to people's anxiety. Have you ever tried melatonin and Rescue Remedy?
RR helped me after my dog passed last year. I was struggling with school and just couldn't sleep at night without him. I quadrupled dosed myself on RR because its totally safe.
