I have PCOS so being on BC is a necessity for me. Not sure if I'll be able to have kids with the complexity of both PCOS and BC, but we'll see. I've heard really good things, so I'm pretty excited. Though I don't want any kids for quite some time, so I guess time should be added onto that as well....

How did we get to talking about BC? :P

My girl doctor just gave me two sample packs of Lo Loestrin. I heard it stops periods though. I was a little concerned about that, cus mentally I feel like if I get a monthly female time, that is normal and the whole point for me is to GET my body more normal right now. I don't mind my female times at all, just the PMSey stuff that goes along with it..

So, TIL that PMS is socially constructed and not every female in the world experiences it (mostly Judeo-Christian socieites have PMS) and women who have irregular periods or don't expect its arrival do not experience PMS symptoms.

Can't wait to see new boy Olympia!

Are those bubbles on the other page possibly caused by a male?

*eta* also, I started the pms convo. It's what 2 and half hours of Psych lectures will do.

Exactly how I feel!
If I could just go back to when I didn't have cramps, headaches, mood swings, bloating, etc....I'd totally not mind the monthly cycle.

I'm going to say the non expectance of arrival is a load of horse stuff. Lol. I never expect mine when it pops up and it makes me wanna curl in a ball and cry every time. Not sure if that's just my PCOS or not, but it's never expected. It just happens on random dates for random amounts of time. And I do not go to church at all, so I cannot explain the Judeo-Christian society thing, as I am not a part os that subculture. :3
