Oh I didn't know iguana's were a problem!! I didn't mean the problem with introduced species in general (bc I live in Newfoundland where moose outnumber people 4:1) but I meant fish. Like, pet fish... I guess I live so far north something like this would just not happen in our waters. And I heard south people own alligators and tigers and other big cats. It sickens me.

Skyping with my sister soon, she received my parcel!!

Bekah, hun, it's not a good idea to take meds just to sleep. I learned that lesson well when I tried benadryl was practically comatose for two days. Don't make me worry about you!

(and stay away from alcohol)

This bill sounds similar to that ridiculous one San Francisco tried to dream up, banning the sale of pets because they just ended up in shelters. This included tropical fish. Uhm, how many fish end up in animal shelters? The bill died an ignominious and silent death in the state legislation and was never heard of again.

Haha, GoodMorning, he is a pretty big cat. But he's mostly fluff. :D Konban wa.

What is up with these snails? Pretty much every snail I have decided to lay an egg sac. I scraped so many out of the snail tanks . . . I'm trying to get rid of you little molluscs, not encourage you to breed!

I don't quite know how I lucked out with the phase out on my snail "problem"... They just died. Even little Ayre died last water change, found his tiny shell. Like there's not enough algae in there. I don't wish a snail problem on anybody, the egg sacs are gross but it is fun watcghing them grow up!!

Did I mention I murdered my sociology exam today? Finished it in 20 minutes, third one done and out. Loves it, going to raise my GPA!! wheeeeee

Awww I wanted to take the elementary Japanese language course this summer but my BA is done and I'll be working full time. I want to learn another language but I also heard this prof is cruel.

Hard to believe 5 baby cichlids could be messier than 9 goldfish.

My Japanese is now iffy because I haven't practiced it at all. T_T

Way to go, Laki!

Those egg sacs were weird, like kind of . . . crunchy when I scraped them off with a paper towel.
