Holy crap, volume warning! I just love Emma. Look at her, all brave. See, if that was the pug that lives upstairs from me, Sawyer, I would say he was just stupid and didn't know (he's pretty sheltered) Give Emma tonnes of kissies!

Heh heh. Finally convinced my mum I needed to go to the big aquarium she hates because they sell blackworms and frozen BBS. They treat their bettas and customers pretty bad, but they have such a large range of fish and I want to see if they have any wild bettas.

I hate that every single aquarium I go to just misses the mark in some area (price, service, care) and so I can't just go to that aquarium I have to go to another to get what I need.

That sounds like how it is here. Big als (my fav) is to pricy but they have an amazing variety, petland has decent selection but treats their customers like a piece of crap, and petsmart doesn't take very good care of their animals.

I'm slowly convincing my grandmother that a "huge" (huge for her, 17gal) tank in the lounge room isn't a bad idea at all, if we could make the space for it. Muahahaha. I wonder if, by the time I've managed to get her really enthusiastic about the idea, I'll have any idea on what fish I'd like to have in a tank like that. Hrmmmm. Hehe.
