Yeah, my mom can't take most herbal supplements because of her kidney transplant. Any time she wants to try something herbal, she has to call the transplant doctor and ask first.

My eyes go back and forth between blue and green.
The thing is herbs break down pretty rapidly while artificial drugs often take years to decompose.

Have you ever had your thyroid checked?

I had my throid checked once, about 10 years ago.

As for a diagnosis - Massive dehydration which caused a UTI, Anemeia and they highly suspect strep throat and possibly mono. This annoys me because I went to the local health center on friday and they told me I did not have strep throat and because i didn;t there was no need for meds or anti-inflamatory meds. Yet my throat got SO swollen, I have not been able to eat or drink anything since friday. The whole reason I went to the ER was because of dehydration.

I dont want to know what a several hr ER trip with 5 kinds of blood tests and a piss in a cup test, plus IV fluids and various meds administered through the IV are going to cost someone who has no insurance

And I found Baron Von Fishie Fins DEAD this morning. He seemed fine yesterday :( He was like, upside down in a C shape...

Matt, yes, they do, but they don't affect the internal organs the same way as oral meds.

Tiki! You poor thing. I take it they released you. Well, the good news is I'm glad you didn't have tonsilitis or something that required surgery. But gosh, I'm sorry about all this and about the Baron.

I feel kinda awkward now posting about a new fish . . . but uh, yeah. Look who got an EE for the price of an HM plakat.
