Bekah I'm happeeee for you :) Have fun! How exciting!

Olymp- yes use shredded newspapers. The only thing is to look out for are his hocks (the backs of his back legs) because his breed is pretty prone to urine scaled if they sit in their pee too long eating hay and stuff. Akina had it all the time, had to wash her every week with hibitane soap and change her litter twice as much as Acacia's.
Surprisingly he looks remarkably better than I thought he would! His fur is at least plush. His nails are dispicable. Ridiculous how someone can allow that to happen. Since they're white nails you can clip them all in one go and he'll feel a lot better :)

Oh yes his nails are clipped. His teeth look really good though.
Also there is probably 2-3mm of buildup on two sides of the cage. It's grey and like concrete. I read that it's calcium in his pee cause he's had too much calcium, and with that amount of build up probably for most of his life.
He really likes his corner litter box. He sits in there all the time. xD
What's the best kind of brush to brush them with?
I don't have a paper shredder but I'll experiment with the paper. It's just these chips are so annoying- they stick to everything- and I saw the price of all the paper beddings yesterday, like really?!

Just be yourself. Here's an exercise: Before you meet him inhale to the count of 4, hold for 4, exhale to 4 and hold for 4. Do this as much as you need to do to help you relax, the controlled breathing exercise helps blood reach parts of your muscles and your brain to help relaxing. It's easy to do and is quite effective!

Olympia, yes. That concrete sludge is caused by bad/negative care. His diet should never have included funny colored seeds and god knows what else and no hay. I'm surprised he has good teeth for a bunny who hasn't been eating hay. If you can melt it down with bleach you can rinse really well and still use the tray if you need. How is he taking to his new food?

He had a wood chewing block. But yes they are nice and white and seem a good length, I was surprised too.
I'll try cleaning it out better. I just draped the fleece over it all. xD

He is getting a quarter cup of old/new pellets mixed. But he doesn't eat a lot of pellets. There's still like half in the bowl after all day. He's been eating a lot of hay though.

Bekah, why are you skewing what I said? >_<

I didn't say anything negative. Just that Relationships = Drama and I that I simply don't need drama right now in my life. Its dramatic enough as it is.

I aim to be strong all by myself rather than rely on someone to be strong for me. I don't need sympathy or pity. I am all that I need right now and I really need to focus on that. Wining and moaning about how hopeless my love life is is only going to keep me spiraling downward into deeper and deeper states of depression.

With that said, I sincerely hope you enjoy you're date. Have fun!!
