Hey everybody. I know I haven't been active for so long, but school has caught up but now the year has officially ended. :) A lot has happened, Lebron & Piper died so my 3.5 G is going to the storage and there is now an open spot for my 20G. I think I'm going to take a break from Bettas.

Maybe a Goldfish? I heard they love to have company so I'm not sure if 2 will fit. It pains me to see the tank empty so a Goldfish or Betta...

If you wanted to know what happened to Lebron & Piper, Lebron had developed dropsy very quickly. He was already pale and he was already leaning horizontally, so I euthanized him. As for Piper, she seemed to have developed open sores and the other fish were picking at her. They shall both be missed, especially my beloved Lebron.

Trix my mouse has died, too. I don't know why. So many deaths in this year for me. But at least all of them are happy now, above.

Over hundreds of bettas die in their small, dirty cups each day. Only you can help them live. Research and then save them, today!

Hey Lebron.
Don't feel too bad about the mouse, if you've seen where they are bred, I'm sure a lot die young. :(
I wouldn't a goldfish in a 20 gallon, it's just not a lot of room in the end for them. I'd get another betta, if not you could look into a community or another fish like a group of dwarf puffers.

Okay, another Betta it is. This time I'll take even better care for them, *sigh*.
Dwarf puffers are really cute, but they eat snails. I don't think I can really purchase so many at once, lol especially if I don't like them that much.

Thanks. :D

What about a nice community tank? You can always do a coupla angels or a small school of gouramis with tetras/some bottom swimmers

I already have 4 cories and 2 guppies so I think that leads only to 1-2 fish.

Lebron, is your water soft or hard? That's another factor to know :)

if it's a 20 gallon long, it wouldn't be too bad for 2 standard angels. i probly should of stated that....
