So stressed out. Student Loan application a disaster bc "I'm making too much money in the summer" and my assessment = 121$. So I'm adding up all my expenses. This is ridiculous.

Secondly, Osha's pectoral fin is like... half gone on the side with her gill thing. Anyone know what that could be?

Laki, are you going for a graduate degree now?

Hadoken, thanks for all the links. Yeah . . . there will always be some controversy regarding fish and pain. But you are right in that they feel pain but not in the same way we do. I think they feel more discomfort than anything. I don't think their brains feel pain and think "I'm in pain!" but rather they feel pain and instinct/biological response kicks in.

DQ, will you have a yard service?

Could smell something burning while I was working on one of my tanks. Oh that's just the heater burning my shelf because I unplugged the wrong one and thought it was off.

Then as I am desperately trying to get it unplugged I nearly drag my powerboards into one of my tanks.

Awesome.

Oh ugh, I've done that before. Except in my case, I left the heater in the tank and it was burning plastic plants.

Yes, we have a yard service if they would ever come to mow. We've been here 2 weeks and the lawn was mowed once. We were charged extra because the grass was so freaking high. The builder could have mowed the day before the closing for crying out loud.

DQ, that sucks.

Haha, it makes me laugh that all the mods are on invisible mode. You look at the who's on list and it always looks like there are no mods but they're there. Lurking, oh yes, lurking.
